What went wrong?

We used to have a realy good life, with love and happiness galore.
We traveled to places like Niagra Falls and Nashville for a tour.
You used to look at me with love in your eyes, and hug me forever.
I gained a lot of weight and you never said you'd leave me ever.

Now that I am losing weight after major surgery and in lots of pain,
You want to leave me at a time when I need you by my side again.
I thought we had a great thing going but you have proved me wrong.
You say it is this computer, but that's not it we have disagreed for so long.

We have had problems for years before I found this new life.
You say you want to die and all I want is to be your wife.
I love you so much but it is not returned to me
I gave you my heart and now i feel so empty.

I don't want you to leave I want you to be here.
I have a need deep within that need for love from you.
You say you will be looking for someone else to make you happy.
Though i know that happiness is something from within you.

I love you honey but I am not able to Make you happy now.
So if you want to look outside of you to find happiness,
I will let you go and when you see that the happiness doesn't come.
I will be here for you to come back to and love you from within.

They say that if you love someone and let them go,
That if they return to you it was meant to be
and if they don't come back the love was never true.
So with these words I have tried to say how much you mean to me.
